Upstairs is the large sitting room, with TV, video, and CD player. This room features a coal effect fireplace at one end, and two large sumptuous sofas. The windows have a splendid view, overlooking the Sough, known locally as the bearpit.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 the Family room, and features pine twin bunks, and matching twin beds. A tapestry screen divides the room in two at need for privacy, and 4 windows provide excellent views and sunlight.

Kitchen
Downstairs, the cottage features a fitted kitchen with French Oak cabinets, and Microwave, Electric cooker, Fridge and Washing machine.

Dining Room
The dining room is provided with antique French Pine furniture, and seats 6 comfortably at the table. All crockery etc. is provided. A stable door off the dining room leads to a spacious shower room and toilet. |
Courtyard
The courtyard area outside features a bistro table and chairs, and has room for a barbeque.

All crockery and linen are provided free of charge.
Pets (well behaved) are welcome.
This is a No Smoking cottage; Guests who wish to do so, may smoke outside.

Chatsworth House, Abraham Heights, American Adventure, Gullivers Kingdom, Black Rocks, horse riding at Tansley, swimming at Matlock Baths and Bakewell, illuminations from end of August through to October.
